If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a
remedy.
If you change your mind about a product some products can be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase provided the goods are returned in the original packaging and condition with a valid invoice as proof of purchase.
Exclusions to this are as follows:
Customised products, which include products cut, made-to-measure, special or indent orders or mixed to specific requirements. This includes paint testpots, tinted paints, wallpaper or accessories ordered on indent so please choose carefully.
Indent items are those ordered in especially for your order that are not normally held as a shop stock item.
Paint
Non tinted paints and other liquid items can be exchanged but not returned for a full refund:
1. Unused untinted paint returned more than 30 days after purchase will incur a 10% handling fee.
2. Unused untinted paint returned more than 60 days after purchase will incur a 20% handling fee.
Wallpaper
We are unable to accept returns for wallpaper orders so please chose carefully.
Cushions, Throws and Rugs
Cushions, throws and rugs are despatched directly to the specified delivery address by our wholesaler. All returns for these products purchased online must be returned directly to the wholesaler. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange (excluding postage). Return postage costs must be covered by the customer.
For returns please contact us via our online contact form to arrange an exchange or refund (excluding postage). You must notify us within 5(five) days of receiving your shipment and return the goods to us within 14 (fourteen) days to be eligible.
Items must be unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags intact and original invoice included. Good returns for change of mind reason will incur a 15% restocking fee.
If you believe the item you have received is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible, quoting your order number, name and address, and as many details as possible about the product and its fault. Please advise us within seven days of receipt of the faulty item, to allow us to resolve the matter quickly by arranging exchange, repair or refund.
If you have received an item that is not what you had originally ordered, please contact us immediately, quoting your order number, name and address, details of the product received and product originally ordered, and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then be in touch with advice on how you should proceed with the return.
Although care is taken to ensure images are not misrepresented, colours are not exact matches due to variance in printer standards and monitor calibration. Please use the images as a reference. Exchanges for discrepancy in colour will be treated as a change of mind and our standard refund and exchange terms apply. All rugs are handmade and variances can occur between photos provided and the actual product received. Every rug is unique to itself and variances will not be considered
faulty.
We do not offer refunds on items our courier service is able to evidence as ‘delivered’.
